Called "the most festive band in the festival circuit," alt group MAGIC GIANT has smashed charts with top 40 singles, amassed over 75M streams, and been named one of “10 Artists You Need to Know” by Rolling Stone.
Debuting only three years ago with their LP In The Wind, MAGIC GIANT, came out of the gates swinging, with TV appearances ranging from the Today Show to Good Morning America, and Billboard singling them out as one of “10 Awesome Bands” playing Coachella.
The group had been thrilling growing crowds at every stop along its 80-city North American and European tour, with their EP charting in countries worldwide from Greece to South Africa.
When COVID struck, they responded, teaming up with actor Edward Norton to throw one of the first digital music festivals with guests including The Lumineers, Woody Harrelson, Walk the Moon, David Blaine, and many more, raising over $100,000 to deliver PPE’s to frontline hospital workers.
All three MAGIC GIANT singles (“Set on Fire,” “Window,” and “Disaster Party”) broke the Top 40 on Billboard’s US radio charts with their most recent single “Disaster Party” breaking the Top 25, ascending as a unifying anthem in these challenging times
Not only does the group write and produce their records, they committed to planting a tree through a non-profit partner with every album sold, creating a mini forest already with thousands and thousands of trees; and throw an annual music festival meets summer camp in the California Redwoods for their fans called Camp Misfits.
The trio, comprised of Austin Bisnow (lead vocals), Zambricki Li (viola), and Zang (guitar), uniquely recorded their debut LP from their solar-powered mobile recording studio and are currently recording their second studio album from The Bunker, a 1940’s underground bomb-shelter the band converted in Silverlake, CA. Their next single “Outta My Head” is available everywhere Sep 25, 2020 via S-Curve Records, with their album speculated to follow shortly thereafter.
